Homemade Middle Eastern cod and prawn fish ball with crunchy panko breadcrumbs, hummus and yoghurt sauce, pomegranate and stem broccoli 🐟
I infused the fish balls with gpspices 10 spice which I was kindly gifted. I also used this in my sauce to give it the extra flavour!
I must say I was highly impressed 😊 this whole dish went down a treat. The spice mix can also be used on meat for any middle Eastern dishes
