Butter chicken Indian Naanwich topped with mango chutney, Indian salad and mint yoghurt! โญINCREDIBLEโญ

I made a beautiful homemade garlic, coriander and tumeric naan bread. Bet you all wondering why it’s red if I used tumeric? The reason is because I used bi carb in the dough. ๐Ÿ˜‰

I cooked my butter chicken in a bag with the spices below โฌ‡๏ธ in the oven for 25mins. This made the chicken extremely moist and tender which was delightful.

Spice Mix for the bag:
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground ginger
2 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1ยฝ teaspoons turmeric
ยผ teaspoon cinnamon
ยผ teaspoon cayenne pepper
ยผ teaspoon salt
2 grinds freshly ground black pepper
