Turkey keema, lime pickle and basmati rice.

Packed with fresh and zingy flavours and plenty of punchy spices I used medium chettycurrypowder , as mince turkey is lean this is low-calorie Indian curry dish of under 600kcals so definitely one for the one who’s trying to be good.

I always begin every curry with sweating garlic and loads of onion for about 30mins, then I add my aromatic spices (cumin seeds, coriander seeds, cinnamon stick, star anise, mustard seeds and bay leaf) cook the spices out and then throw in chettycurrypowder and this will be the base of any curry and taste divine everyone πŸ˜‹
