Do you ever find yourself buying bananas but they don’t last long and there is 2-3 of them slowly looking at you on death’s door? Banana bread is always a quick go to but banana pancakes is my new go to weekend morning 🍌

I used cup measures for this as well I find it easier: 1 cup plain flour,1 tablespoon white sugar, 3 teaspoons baking powder, ¼ teaspoon salt, 1 egg, beaten, 1 cup milk, 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, 2/3 bananas, mashed! Get all your ingredients and let’s go.
▶️Combine flour, white sugar, baking powder and salt. In a separate bowl, mix together egg, milk, vegetable oil and bananas.
▶️Stir flour mixture into banana mixture; batter will be slightly lumpy.
▶️Heat oil in frying pan over medium high heat. Scoop the batter onto the pan, 1/4 cup for each pancake. Cook until pancakes are golden brown on both sides; serve hot.
▶️Top your banana pancakes with whatever you choose
