Sirloin of grass fed beef, burnt onion puree, shallot rings, “thousand layer” potato and sauce bordelaise.
The Flintlock at Cheddleton has been on my list of restaurants to visit for months now, having ed the restaurant and Thom’s own page on Instagram. We were welcomed at the door and then shown to a beautiful sunny terrace by the canal to enjoy some drinks before our meal.
The read of the menu was impressive, seasonal and this made it hard for us to chose from. We had a starter, main and desert, all of which were presented impeccably!
A true fine dining experience.
