Roast Bap

Roast pulled belly pork, carrots, leeks, onions, roast potatoes, stuffing, crispy cracking and cranberry sauce crusty bap 🐽

I chopped up leeks, carrots and onions placed in a oven proof dish. Poured over some red cooking wine and beef stock and placed seasoned belly pork. Threw in some thyme, garlic and rosemary then cover in tin foil for 2 hours on 180c!! Then I removed the tin foil and cook again for a another 2 hours.

The smell was amazing afterwards and the belly was so all tender, pull all the meat ! Then the juices I tipped into a sauce pan boiled up added some butter and flour water mix cooked untill thickened – this made the best gravy ever!!! Add the pulled belly back Into the dish with the carrots, leeks and onions along with the gravy WOWIE ………

Get a crusty cob, spread some cranberry sauce on then some stuffing, pork, roast potatoes and finish with cracking ! BOSH 😍
